Health Guarantee

Puppy is in excellent health and symptomatic free at this time. All puppies are current on all vaccinations and de-wormings. Buyer will have 48 hours from the time they receive their puppy to have it examined by a veterinarian of their choice. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health in that 48 hours, Seller will upon the return of the puppy refund the purchase price or replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value. All expenses incurred by the Buyer on returning the puppy to Seller will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Replacement will be shipped to Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.

This puppy is hereby certified to be of pet quality and is guaranteed against any congenital defects for up to one year from date of birth. If a licensed veterinarian detects any congenital defects and the Buyer notifies the Seller within the aforementioned time period, the Buyer may then be entitled to a replacement puppy at equal value upon availability. The Buyer must provide a letter from the examining veterinarian as evidence of the puppy’s condition. No exchange can be made after this one year period. The original puppy must be returned to the Seller before receiving their new puppy. The puppy must also be in the good clean condition, up to date on all vaccinations and dewormings, and in good health as when it left the Seller.

BREEDER AGREES:
Puppy has been vet examined and is found to be in good health. A vet certificate will be supplied. (Health Certificate)
Puppy is also up to date on its vaccinations and de-wormings. Health record will be supplied.
To provide the Buyer with shot record, AKC papers, microchip packet, and vet health certificate at time of purchase.

BUYER AGREES:
That all vet bills are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Buyer has a 48 hour health guarantee from the date of possession of the dog.
